Alpha Zeta expects all members to treat each other with respect, empathy, and kindness at all times, including both digital and in-person communication. Members should never threaten the safety, security, or emotional/mental wellbeing of any other member. The Executive Council can table conflict to the next official Chapter meeting. If online communication becomes unproductive or violates these terms, the President can, and will, shut down the online communication platform until the issue is resolved.
